Empresa: We Find Group Provincia: Aragon, Spain Población: Descripción: As a Salesforce CRM Support Analyst, you will support the development of the organization´s CRM toolset (Salesforce.com, SAP CPQ, and several related apps and integrations), which is used by all the company worldwide. MAIN FOCUS POINTS: – Providing support to the Client international user base, – As part of a small team, you will also assist the global team with system administration, testing, configuration, data loads and data cleaning, – Communicate with suppliers in relation to escalated issues or system enhancements, – Assist with the development and implementation of CRM projects, – Maintain and improve existing documentation and training material, – Continuous striving towards improving our user support efficiency. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: – You have Information Technology or are certified in Technology, or equivalent academical background, – Salesforce or equivalent experience. It´s not a requirement to be certified in Salesforce, but yes to have experience in its usage, development, and implementation of CRM projects.
