Mission
The candidate will integrate the Maintenance Validation unit, within the Special On Site Works section which it is focused in the performance of special large correctives in wind turbines (main components replacements like generators, gearboxes, blades, transformers,… where standard procedures cannot be applied). The open position is focused to the tooling management (lifting and hand tools) needed for the performance of these operations.
Main Functions
- Management of tooling (lifting and hand tools) maintenance, as well as the warehouse machinery with the corresponding suppliers.
- Keep updated the tooling calibrations.
- Keep updated the lifting tooling certificates.
- Identification of lifting and hand tools needs.
- Keep updated the lifting tooling kits with the las released versions.
- Update in the system the list of available tools.
- Realize purchase requests for new lifting and hand tools.
- Prepare the tooling kits needed for each planned large corrective.
- Manage the shipping and return of the tooling kit from site.
- After each large corrective, review and realize an inventory of the tools received.
- Technical review and validation of new large correctives procedures issued by technology.
Qualifications
Advance Technical School in Mechanics
Experience
Extensive experience in operations of main components replacements (generators, gearboxes, blades, transformers,…) in wind turbines.

Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windchill, Worklist
